What you control as system admin系统管理员的职责

A system admin runs the platform, not the day-to-day content. Multiple equal system admins are allowed — there is no primary or super-admin. 系统管理员负责平台层,而非日常内容。允许多个对等的系统管理员,没有主管/副管之分。

  • Create orgs and invite their admins by email创建组织,通过邮箱邀请其管理员
  • Reshuffle admins between orgs; promote / demote system admins在组织间调整管理员;提升 / 降级系统管理员
  • Copy a presentation across orgs (independent files)跨组织复制演讲(文件独立)
💡 You can also act as an org admin if you want to upload your own content into a specific org. Same login. 💡 如需向某个组织上传自己内容,你也可以同时担任该组织的管理员。同一个登录,无需切换。

Orgs tab — manage organisationsOrgs — 管理组织

Create a new organisation, edit its display names (中文 / English), disable to hide from public showroom, or soft-delete. 新建组织,编辑中英文显示名,停用以隐藏出公开展厅,或软删除。

  • slug is the URL-safe ID (e.g. health-park). Unique, cannot be changed later.slug 是 URL 安全的 ID(如 health-park),唯一且不可改。
  • name_zh / name_en show in the visitor's org filter.name_zh / name_en 是观众组织筛选看到的名称。
  • Disable hides from public showroom; Delete is a soft delete.Disable 从公开展厅隐去;Delete 是软删除。
💡 New org has no projects yet. Use the Copy feature (slide 6) to seed it with template content. 💡 新建的组织一开始没有项目,可用复制功能(第 6 页)放入示范内容。

Admins tab — assign and reshuffleAdmins — 分配与调整

Two tables. Top: system admins (all-equal). Bottom: org admins with their org chips. 两张表。上方:系统管理员(全部对等)。下方:组织管理员及其所属组织(chip 形式)。

  • Click × on a chip to remove an admin from an org; use the dropdown to add to another org点 chip 上的 × 把管理员移出该组织;用下拉添加到另一组织
  • Promote turns an org admin into a system admin (sees everything)Promote 把组织管理员升为系统管理员(可见所有)

Invitations — onboard new adminsInvitations — 引入新管理员

Send an admin invite by email (codes valid 3 days). Two patterns: 通过邮箱发送管理员邀请(3 天有效)。两种模式:

  1. Pick existing org(s) — recipient is added as admin to those orgs on registration选定已有组织 — 接受邀请后,用户作为管理员加入这些组织
  2. Leave orgs empty — a new org is auto-created from the email handle (e.g. jane.doe@x.com → slug jane-doe; collisions get -2, -3 suffixes)不选组织 — 自动按邮箱前缀建一个新 org(如 jane.doe@x.com → slug jane-doe;冲突时附 -2 / -3 后缀)
💡 The auto-org rule is the fastest way to onboard a brand-new client: enter their email, hit Send, an org and an admin invite are created in one step. 💡 自动建 org 是上手新客户最快的方式:输入邮箱、点 Send,一步同时创建 org 和管理员邀请。

Copy a presentation across organisations跨组织复制演讲

Take any project and drop an independent copy into another org. The poster image and any local video file are physically duplicated, so the receiving org can edit or delete its copy without touching the source. 把任意项目独立复制到另一组织。海报与本地视频文件物理复制一份,目标组织可独立编辑或删除,不影响源项目。

  • Good for sharing template / showcase content between hospitals, classes, or partner orgs适合在医院、班级或合作组织间分享模板 / 示范内容
  • Copy lands as pending in the target — receiving admin must approve to publish复制后在目标组织为待审核,目标管理员需审批才公开
  • External video URLs (YouTube etc.) are kept as-is — no file copy needed外链视频(YouTube 等)保留链接,无需复制文件

Backend: POST /api/admin/projects/{id}/copy-to-org with {"target_org_id": N}. system_admin only. 后端:POST /api/admin/projects/{id}/copy-to-org 携带 {"target_org_id": N}。仅 system_admin 可调。

StatsStats

Quick counts: orgs, users, live projects. Use it to monitor adoption. 快速统计:组织数、用户数、上线项目数。用来观察使用情况。

ConfigConfig

Adjust invitation expiry (default: admin invites 3 days, upload invites 7 days). 调整邀请有效期(默认:管理员邀请 3 天,上传邀请 7 天)。

⚠ Config changes are kept in memory only until server restart. For permanence, edit TapShow/config_poster_show.txt and restart. ⚠ Config 修改只在内存中生效,重启失效。要永久生效请编辑 TapShow/config_poster_show.txt 后重启。
