What is TapShow?TapShow 是什么?

A web platform that turns any wall display into an interactive exhibition. Visitors scan a QR code with their phone and become the remote control. 把任何大屏变成互动展览的网页平台。观众用手机扫描 QR 码即可遥控展示。

PRESENTER演讲者

Submits one project提交一个项目

Receives an emailed upload link from an org admin (valid 7 days). Uploads poster + optional video. No account needed.收到组织管理员邮件发来的上传链接(7 天有效)。上传海报和可选视频,无需注册。

ORG ADMIN组织管理员

Runs an organisation管理一个组织

Sends upload invitations, approves submissions, edits tags, deletes. Can manage multiple orgs and switch with a dropdown.发送上传邀请、审批投稿、编辑标签、删除。可同时管理多个组织,通过下拉切换。

SYSTEM ADMIN系统管理员

Runs the platform平台总管

Creates orgs and invites org admins. Small audience, separate tour at /tapshow/intro_system.创建组织、邀请组织管理员。受众较小,单独导览见 /tapshow/intro_system。

Step 1 (org admin) — Send upload invitations第 1 步(组织管理员)— 发送上传邀请

Sign in at /tapshow/admin. Pick which organisation the invitation belongs to (if you manage more than one), paste presenter emails, click Send Invitations. 在 /tapshow/admin 登录。从下拉中选择本次邀请归属的组织(若管理多个),粘贴演讲者邮箱,点击 Send Invitations。

  • One line per team — emails on the same line share the same upload link (good for student groups or co-presenters)每行一个团队 — 同一行的邮箱共用一个上传链接(适合学生小组或合作演讲者)
  • Each link is valid for 7 days每个链接 7 天内有效
  • Presenters do NOT need an account演讲者无需注册账号

Step 2 (presenter) — Upload via the email link第 2 步(演讲者)— 通过邮件链接上传

The presenter receives an email with a one-time link. Clicking opens the upload form. They fill in title, names, description, optional tags, attach a poster image, and optionally a video (MP4 up to 200 MB or a YouTube / Bilibili / Vimeo URL). 演讲者收到一封带一次性链接的邮件。打开上传表单,填写标题、演讲人、描述、可选标签,附上海报图片,以及可选视频(本地 MP4 最大 200 MB 或外链 YouTube / Bilibili / Vimeo)。

  • No account or password无需账号或密码
  • Submission lands as pending for the org admin to approve提交后为待审核状态,等组织管理员审批

Step 3 (org admin) — Approve, tag, edit, delete第 3 步(组织管理员)— 审批、打标签、编辑、删除

Back on the admin dashboard, the Submitted Projects table lists everything pending and approved. 回到管理后台,Submitted Projects 表列出所有待审核与已审批项目。

  • Approve publishes a project to the public showroomApprove 把项目发布到公开展厅
  • Tags opens a quick prompt — type tags separated by commasTags 弹出输入框,逗号分隔输入标签
  • Delete is a soft delete — project hides from the public but can be restoredDelete 是软删除 — 公开展厅看不到但可恢复
💡 Tags are free-form per project. There's no central tag pool — pick a vocabulary and stay consistent. 💡 标签按项目自由输入,无中央标签池 — 挑一套词汇并保持一致即可。

  1. Sign in at /tapshow/admin在 /tapshow/admin 登录
  2. Send upload invitations to your presenters (or yourself, if you want to upload your own content)向演讲者发送上传邀请(也可以发给自己,用来上传自己的内容)
  3. Approve submissions, add tags, and watch the showroom fill up审批投稿、打标签,看展厅逐步丰富
